Posting this response:

Thank you for visiting ClevelandAirport.com, and for taking the time to send feedback. We strive to provide a high standard of customer service and can only improve when patrons such as yourself take the time to provide us with feedback on how we are doing.

There has been considerable amount of comments regarding Airport ground transportation drop off and pick up points for all types of vehicles including shuttles, limos, taxis and now Uber and Lyft. The terminal façade construction project in May of 2015 resulted in the relocation of shuttle busses to accommodate changes in traffic flow during the construction project. During the past year, we learned valuable information from the construction traffic changes we made which will help us to improve traffic flow going forward. There may have been a perception that once the construction was completed, the shuttles would return to the Roadway. Once the construction project was completed, the logistical plan in support of the Republican National Convention served to further delay a comprehensive review by the Airport regarding shuttle bus drop off and pick up locations. The Airport is currently completing an analysis of this issue, taking into consideration weight bearing limits on the roadway, law enforcement and traffic flow issues as well as the long term plan for all modes of ground transportation that utilize the Airport. In summary, we are committed to supporting an overall traffic management plan that takes into consideration several diverse needs and points of view, while reviewing best practices at other Airports. This analysis will be completed soon and a traffic management plan will be made public.

I hope that you will return to ClevelandAirport.com in the future to see the changes we have made. We continuously strive to provide a higher level of service. Thank you, again, for taking the time to share your opinion with us.
