Well, I finally broke down and did it.  The 60D just irked me, although it is actually getting some pretty good reviews.  Newegg the other day had a 7D kit on sale, the 7D with the 18-135IS lens for $1,499.  This kit usually runs around $1,900.  I ordered it and will be selling the lens I'm guessing for around $300.  That makes the 7D around $1,200 which is a pretty darn good price and only a little more than the 60D.  I'm excited, it should be here on Friday.

Oh, and if anyone is interested in a new in box 18-135IS for a good price, let me know.

You won't regret it, it's a great camera.  You did exactly what I did last year when it came out and got the combo pack then sold the lens, I think after everything I got the camera for $1450.
