Well, it's definitely one of the Gulfstream birds, if I had to guess I'd say it was a G450 judging by the wing length and shape, engines and engine pylons.  Now the hard part is to find out who it is!  It seems to have a distinctive paint scheme that I'd seen somewhere before, but I can't quite place it.  When was this taken?
