When we on our tour Jun 11, we got to stop at the engineer's complex. I asked about it and they confirmed that it was coming, but wasn't a priority since they were working on the Rwy 10/28 revisions. I hope that it still comes to CLE!

Unfortunately, from what I heard this IS the system that was to be in CLE, but they opted for YNG instead. Oh well, gives us a reason to go to YNG! Have you heard otherwise?
