| N965LL / N600XL (cn 14500965) The repairs continue on N960LL, the Legacy that was on its delivery flight (as N600XL) when it collided with a GOL 737 (PR-GTD) over Brazil in September 2006, resulting in the deaths of all 154 on board. It recently received a new wing and is undergoing other extensive repairs at the Constant Aviation facility near the airport entrance. This is the first time I've seen it away from the hangar since it arrived in November 2010, and is performing some engine run-ups and other tests. The cargo door is open, and other pieces still need to be installed, but she's looking a lot better! |
