N1144F (cn 33279) Something you rarely see anymore at CLE or any other major airport, a single engine private aircraft approaches 24R. A civilian owned aircraft but painted in US Army colors, the top side of this aircraft has yellow US ARMY Markings and is quite striking. New to the data base.

Was on our ramp Friday - must be a jump plane because there was only one seat for the pilot and the right side door was hinged so it opened upward. Nice looking aircraft - built in the 50's.
