None (cn None) The entrance sign at Portage County Regional Airport/Tom Fijalkovich Field. The field was renamed following the death of Tom Fijalkovich at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday January 16, 2008 when a twin-engine airplane he was flying crashed into the icy waters of Lake Erie shortly after take-off from BKL.
