This July and August has seen Cleveland visited by at least three different United Arab Emirates aircraft as members of the royal family visited the Cleveland Clinic. In July, 747-400 A6-COM came for a four day stay, only to return on August 6th in the company of A6-MMM, another 747-400. These two 747’s joined one of their 737-800’s (BBJ2) that arrived on August 4th for a very rare opportunity to see three Emirates aircraft simultaneously at Hopkins.  The planes are all operated by the Dubai Air Wing which is operated by the government of Dubai.

I started OPShots in June 2006 as a place to share and display aviation photos without the often restrictive policies of other aviation websites. I want to share my love of aviation with fellow aviation geeks and provide a spotlight on Cleveland Hopkins International airport in the process.
