Happy New Year Everybody!  It's been a wonderful 2012, but it will be an even better 2013!  Wishing you all safe travels, fun times, love and prosperity in the new year.

Thanks for always being here, and thanks for all you do to keep OPShots the friendly plane-spotting site that it is!  You are all a Class Act, and I'm privileged to have many of you as personal friends.

And now my special plea...If you have it within your means, please consider making a donation to OPShots in the coming year.  The cost of running OPShots has risen every year since we've been online, even more so in 2012.  What doesn't come from the OPShots treasury comes out of my own pocket, and those pockets are getting mighty thin!  As we stand now, three-quarters of the costs for 2013 will come out of my wallet, and will be due before too long.  This is the first time I've ever asked, as I've always counted on unsolicited donations to carry us along.  For all those who have spontaneously donated this year, a very heartfelt thank you is in order!  I feel bad for asking, but times are tight, and we need all the help we can get.  Thanks for listening, and hope to see many of you in 2013!
