Looks like CLE is going to completely cover the Red and Blue parking lots, instead of just the Red and part of the Orange lot, to keep the option of building a new garage on top of the Orange lot. Looks much more substantial than I had imagined. It still didn't seem to make any sense that they tore down the old long-term garage.
