From the CLE website:

Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) will be holding a public information session on Thursday, April 24, 2014 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on the Lower Terminal Level (adjacent to the RTA Station).

The flyer has 2 renderings that actually look pretty good. I guess CLE is going forward with this project. I thought it might be put on hold due the recent UA de-hubbing announcement.
