C-GWSV (cn BA-14) A very rare one for me! Unfortunately back-lit as it taxied by me, Millardair was a Toronto, Ontario based freight company flying C-54 and Super DC-3's, as well as a couple Beech E18S aircraft. They ceased Ops on 5/31/90, so this pic was likely taken in the late 1980's at CLE.
