N1014U (cn 99) I loved the Caravelle- as a kid 5-10 years old, I saw a bunch of them at CLE. There are actually three of United's 20 Caravelles in this vintage postcard, one in the background, and one under the tail. Also in the pic is a United 727-22C N7412U (cn 19100) that served with United from 10/66 to 1/81. The Caravelle in the foreground, N1014U was delivered to UA on 11/61, and was retired on 12/71. I am guessing this shot around 1968, though it could be anywhere between 1967 and 1971.

It was probably pre-1968 or so, as the C Concourse opened around then. Back in the day, did UA operate out of both the North (now A) and West (now B) concourses? Anyone have an old terminal/gate map from this era?
