Unknown (cn Unknown) A different postcard perspective on the CLE airport, looking east at gate 10 of the Western Concourse. International flights operated from these gates. The Viscount to the right is a Trans Canada Air Lines ship, later to be named Air Canada. They would always park on the west side of the concourse where you could never see the plane. Also in the photo is an UA B720-022 and UA DC-6. To this day, I am still not sure of the use of the building at the tip of this concourse with the white radome on top.

Could it be an operations center like what's in the same spot on the end of B now? Also, how big was customs back then? I can't imagine it being used very much (except for charters and the regular flights from London, Ontario on AC). Anyone ever pass through the old customs area on the West Concourse?
