Well, it was in and out of the pad for them in Cleveland, I can say that! (And I was referring to the CDF operation, cle is the only one in the country operating with a control tower and a contract company.)

They had the de-ice procedure down because they spent 4 hours in St. Louis dealing with de-icing problems before they got here!
