Unknown (cn Unknown) Air Wisconsin Dash-7 landing on Runway 5 at CLE in 1982. If I would have had better equipment, and not used 400 asa slide film, this would have been a much better shot. Still, a shot worth posting for historical value. I could not confirm the reg # despite my best efforts. Used to see a lot of the Dash 7 back then. Its takeoffs were always fun to watch because of the very short ground roll.

Absoluteley loved the Air Whisky Dash-7's. They looked like they were on an elevator with their short field looking approaches and take-offs. Great memory shot. Chrisjake- I made that walk many times in the 80's for much the same reason.

Used to love seeing their DHC-7's and Metroliners here! Back then, airport employees had to park were concourse D is now. A lot of times I'd walk rather than wait for the bus, and if I was lucky an Air Wisconsin Dash would be coming or going from their gates on the banjo and give me some nice prop wash as I walked along the access road.
