They won't be lettered for the USAF either. It's an Army aircraft assigned to an Air Force wing, operated by an Air Force crew.

They haven't been labeled yet with the Mansfield 179th colors. We just got them recently (from the US Army); it's part of the base closure and restructuring thing. I haven't even been out to get any pictures of them yet, but have been itching to do so!

Agreed, nice catch. That's interesting how a plane from the 179th ANG has US Army on the fuselage.
