Hard to believe that was ten years ago this Memorial Day weekend.rnrnI was the Captain of that flight. Never knew your photos existed until I searched the event on a whim for the 10th anniversary. Excellent photos. And by comparison to the false reporting by the media at the time, you are in the minority for correctly ascertaining the cause to be locked brakes on the right main mount. You might also note that the aft escape chute failed to properly deploy during the evacuation, as can be seen by the suspended tail cone.
