I remember that show too! My Dad used to be in the shows back then with his CGS Hawk, and I remember being able to go on the other side of the fence in front of the crowds and watch the show from there. When the Vulcan taxied out, its wingtip passed nearly over my head...I'll never forget it!

I remember back in 1979 we had one of these fabulous Vulcans attend the Cleveland National Airshow, I hope to see the British again one day to see it as a international show. Great series of photos Erik!
