Nice catch! Saw one a few weeks ago in the a.m. Wondering if they are swaps for the usual MD's.

I would agree it was a diversion- DTW was shuttling aircraft due to storms as well. One thing for sure- when it took off, it used less than half the runway and maintained a high climb angle- looked like it was lightly loaded.
