The Rocky River reservation of the Cleveland Metroparks is also visible in the frame, as well as NASA's Glenn (formerly Lewis) Research Center. Circa 2000

The fact that Taxiway R from 24R-6L (still under construction in this photo) to 5K-TJ is razed, which was done some time in 2002. Also, I believe Brookpark Road was relocated during 2002. Also, the northern end of the old 18-36 appears to be completely gone, and if I am not mistaken, it (the pavement) survived well into the year 2000 (even though it had not been used since 1997).

It's possible the date is off some...what are the clues? I based it on the relocation of Brookpark Rd.

Chuck, you sure this photo is from 2000? There are some clues on this photo that I would date 2002-2003.
