Yes, unfortunately, this is the aircraft involved in the tragic crash of flight 3407. The photographer took multiple pictures of it that day, and the tail number can be seen in the others. (If you click on the registration above, you can see all the pics of this aircraft, including one from Cleveland.)

My heart goes out to all involved, and may their souls rest in peace.

If this picture is accurately identified in the remarks as N200WQ (since the tail number does not show in the photo) it is the Aircraft that crashed short of the Buffalo International Airport at 10:20PM Thursday 12 February 2009.
