N3528Y (cn 31-7952149) This Piper Chieftain of Salmon Air sits amongst the mountains at Salmon, Idaho, following our flight from BOI. The cruising speed of 150 knots gave plenty of time to soak up the incredible mountain scenery, and also to enjoy the phenomenon known as afternoon mountain turbulence. The 100 mile plus visibility out west in the Rocky Mountains is just incredible.

N475AU (cn 11222) I flew in this Horizon Fokker F-28 from BOI to SEA. Across the ramp is the Idaho ANG tarmac, operating at the time C-130's and the A-10. While waiting to board, a B-1B was shooting touch and goes- you could hear the afterburners throughout the terminal- awesome!

N7233N (cn U20603572) Not your odinary approach into Cleveland Hopkins! Lining up for the strip at the Flying B Ranch (green area in the center of the photo) in the Frank Church Wilderness, Idaho. The river in the foreground is the Middle Fork of the Salmon River. Absolutely breathtaking flying!!
