A TACA A320 rises off of runway 12 on a morning departure, while in the distance, five UPS 757's are turned around for their next flight. In the background, you see one of the highest points in Florida; the one mile square NW 58th St. landfill in Hialeah, and its associated buildings. An EPA Superfund clean-up site, it now hosts a park, hiking trails and more. | |||
