| 80-0788 (cn A.4013) I enjoyed another “first” as I got a close-up look at an F-117A Stealth Nighthawk during the 2007 Dayton Air Show. The Nighthawks are assigned to the Fighting Forty-Niners (49th FW), 8th FS (Black Sheep) at Holloman AFB, NM. I missed the flight of the Stealth as we stepped off the ramp for a few minutes. Unfortunately the show had a tragic ending when Jim Leroy had a fatal accident in his Bulldog II stunt-aircraft during his performance. (7/28/07) | |||
