| N508XJ (cn E2318) Making its way past the construction at the intersection of taxiway Juliet and the ramp, this was one of the very few Mesaba RJ-85's to be painted into Northwest's last colors, and one of the few to not end up with Dublin based CityJet after retirement from the fleet. This example now flies with South Africa Airlink as ZS-ASZ. | |||

A merger with Delta Airlines was just announced today, and the NW name will be the loser; yet another famous name soon to be relegated to history. | |||
