Their Dive Team and Air-Rescue units demonstrated their capabilities during the International Association of Fire Chief’s Conference in Chicago on Aug 26, 2010. Diver’s retrieved a rescue mannequin then it was hoisted into the helicopter. The rotor wash kicked up the water causing a slightly blurred effect. See the seagull?
