Later, it delivered Smoke Jumpers to fight wild fires for the USDA Forest Service Fire & Aviation Management. Now it will be used to haul freight for local air carrier Career Aviation Co. dba Sierra West Airlines.

	N173ZZ / N179ZZ (cn SH3116) Two former USFS Shorts C-23A Sherpa’s seen at KTOL. Both of these were delivered to the USAF in 1985 with serial numbers 84-0462 and 84-0469. Later, they were operated by the USDA Forest Service Fire & Aviation Management and delivered Smoke Jumpers to fight wild fires. Now it will be used to haul freight for local air carrier Career Aviation Co. dba Sierra West Airlines.
