TI-AYQ (cn 422) The captain seems to be checking out the left main tire on this Twin Otter before departing Quepos for San Jose/Pavas. It does appear to be a bit low!

TI-AYQ (cn 422) Rolling out for departure, this angle shows the primitive paint scheme off to good effect. I believe it was designed by the children of the Nature Air sponsored NatureKids program. Nature Air was also the first airline in the world to be declared carbon neutral.

TI-AZC (cn 433) Photographed out of the side window of Sansa Caravan TI-BAN as we pull up to the terminal at La Managua in Quepos. The Twin Otter is about to depart in the opposite direction from the one that we just arrived on, which is pretty much the norm here at Quepos.

TI-AYQ (cn 422) Upon arrival from Pavas in San Jose, this Twin Otter is being positioned for deplaning and boarding at the terminal end of the runway at La Managua in Quepos. This festively painted aircraft belongs to the successor of Travelair, whom I first flew to Quepos in 1998. March 13, 2007

TI-AYQ (cn 422) A perfect aircraft for this small airfield, the versatile Twin Otter is utilized by a number of small airlines on services throughout Central America, and is the perfect fit for Quepos airport on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. All landings are done in this direction, and all departures in the opposite. Nature Air operates out of the secondary airport in San Jose, Pavas. March 13, 2007
