| N16963 (cn 145116) Yes, I did land in this. We were the last plane to land in Houston on the morning of the 29th as the weather dropped below ILS Category II minimums (a visual range of 1200 feet). This was the guy who landed ahead of us and we caught up with him on the taxiway. | |||
