If you’re wondering why there is a Tree at the top of the tower, the custom goes back to the Romans and many interpret it differently around the world today. One thing most agree on is Topping Out is a signal that the uppermost steel member is in place and that the structure has reached its height. I think the flag speaks for itself. | |||
