N650UG (cn 47418) Into a 1.8G climb before pitching over to simulate zero G, this DC-9 was assigned to NASA Lewis in CLE. Not sure if they flew their zero G research over Lake Erie or elsewhere. N650UG (cn 47418) Photo taken somewhere between 1995 and 1997. This aircraft was later reverted to passenger service and was destroyed when it crashed on departure in Urupuan Mexico on November 9, 1999 while operating as TAESA flight 725 killing all 18 on board.
