	HZ-AKJ (cn 28353) Cleveland's world famous medical institutions, particularly the Cleveland Clinic, have brought many interesting and "exotic" aircraft to Cleveland over the years, as dignitaries and heads of state of many nations come for the advanced health care offered here. The Saudi Royal Family are frequent visitors, and just about every type in their civil and governmental fleet has been seen at Hopkins. Here, a Saudi 777 rolls out on 06L on arrival from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, via a stop in Salzberg, Austria.
