Once "Clipper Liberty Bell" with Pan Am, this A310 is pictured here at CLE back in 1992. This plane was to crash in Balotosti Romania after departing Bucharest on March 31, 1995 as Tarom flight 371 killing all 60 on board. It was registered YR-LCC at the time.

Didn't DL operate a routing like CLE-DTW-LHR-DTW-CLE? If I recall correctly, CLE-bound passengers cleared customs in CLE.

Thats a GREAT SHOT chuck.....I love the angle and the sky.I took N819PA in june of the same year !We probably drove by each other in are tugs at one time or another!!!!

I worked with a guy at TOL who was a Delta flight attendant before transferring to TOL. He worked on the A310s.

That paint job looks sharp on the A310. It would still look good in that livery today IMHO.

Awesome...I used to lover watching the 310's at CVG. I forgot all about it serving CLE, it went CLE to JFK and then onto a european destination, if my old memory serves me right
