I agree with Chuck- way cool capturing you next to the plane at BKL. And thanks for the info-I never knew Comair operated from BKL, even if for a short time. Always cool to pick up new info.

It sure looks shiny and new in this shot. And airshows definitely take a toll on the interiors don't they! And how cool to see yourself in an old shot too. :-)

By the way we did fly BKL /Detroit metro with sf340`s , but for a limited time.

Nice shot Ken, I think that was N357CA, but not absolutely sure. The one thing I do remember was this aircraft was brand new fresh from Sweden (less than couple weeks old) when it spent the airshow weekend.By the shows ending the center aisle carpeting was trashed after being visited by show goers. If you look aircraft right just in front of the radome you will see me a young wrench at that time! Nice capture ... thanks

To the best of my knowledge, Comair never flew commercially from BKL. I am pretty sure the bulk of their flying was CLE-CVG with the Saab 340.

Weren't they flying to DET from BKL back then?
