PT-TLS (cn 19000278) I kinda thought this was an interesting catch. This is one of two Embraer Lineage 1000's operated by Abu Dhabi based Al Jaber Aviation. I caught it over my house in Cleveland as it headed to Indianapolis from Farnborough (EGLF) via Bangor, Maine (KBGR). I was intrigued by the black rectangle under the port wing, and thanks to some sharp eyed visitors, we can now confirm it is covering up the "A6-" registration that it will be getting shortly to replace the temporary PT-TLS one.

Thanks for the information on the rectangles guys, and you were right all along. The PT-TLS registration is a temporary one which will be replaced with an "A6-" one once in service.

The black rectangle is also on the side of the aircraft. I caught it leaving the Embraer facility on Nov. 12th. rnhttp://jetphotos.net/viewphoto.php?id=7245839&nseq=0rnrn

Maybe that black rectangle is covered over registration? Cause that is where the registration is located on the other 190 that AlJaber flys. Saw a good underwing shot on the other site..

Both actually...I just happened to check FlightAware and saw it coming, so I stepped out on my deck and waited!

...very interesting. Was it on FlightAware or did you just get lucky?
