Finishing it's first flight after repairs for damage received after it ran off the end of runway 28 during a snowstorm back in February 2007. Its two hour test flight was southwest from CLE to airspace over southern Indiana, then back to Hopkins.

The RAM air turbine is open in this shot. I remember you saying what a noise it made!

Apparently, that's the Ram Air Turbine (RAM), and it would have been used on a test hop like this...and it would be loud!

You could hear the open panel when it went by, strange vibrating noise.
