N5512 (cn 1017) Inbound on taxiway Alpha and headed for the cargo ramp, this classic Electra was near the end of its long career and was last reported derelict at Willow Run. I would do anything to see one of these again!

Taxiing down taxiway juliet for departure as viewed from the airport post office. Now reported engineless and derilect at Willow Run. February 1998

N343HA / N5512 (cn 1053) Double treat this day as I witness two vintage L-188 Electra\\\'s cross paths on a snowy day at Hopkins airport during the busy Christmas package season of 2003. Sadly, both of these aircraft have since been withdrawn from use and parked at Ypsilanti Michigan, with N5512 being engineless. December 17, 2003
