Incredible video from the air of tsunami sweeping on shore near Sendai, Japan. Also showing chemical plant fire, large fishing boats on their side ashore near buildings. Pacific wide warnings with tsunami sirens going off to warn residents in Hawaii. Tune in to your favorite news channel.

It's the largest earthquake in Japan's recorded history. The airport at Sendai is swamped with hundreds of people stranded there. Looks like a seaplane base. There was a report of damage further south to the iconic Tokyo Tower. Anyone who is a fan of Japanese monster movies knows what this tower looks like. Everytime I watch the tsunami footage, I can see something different being carried inland with the debris. Waiting to see how bad the tsunami waves affect Hawaii.

Wow...not what I was expecting to see when I woke up today. I was expecting storm coverage, but this makes me feel lucky to only have snow to deal with.

Just amazing video I've been seeing all morning...the tsunami footage is incredible. All those poor people. Wow.

A photo of the Sendai airport shows water up to the terminal jetways. Gives a new meaning to "River, stay away from my door."

Jeez! This keeps getting worse. They may have a possible meltdown in progress at a nuclear power plant in Fukushima. Been watching footage of an explosion at the complex. Getting radioactive readings 20 times above normal levels. Evacuating thousands from several miles around. Right now the news channels don't have any details, just speculation from nuclear experts on what may be happening.
