From CLE's Facebook page:

"Cleveland (CLE)-Cincinnati (CVG) travelers have more options beginning January 4th. Continental Connection will operate three 37-seat Q200 nonstop flights on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays."

I believe the flights will operate daily, with reduced schedules the other days.
