N14FB/N3FB (cn 14078/14111) Fischer Brothers Aviation/Allegheny Commuter DH-114 Riley Turbo Skyliners based in Galion, Ohio. I still personally use the name Heron for these planes in this undated postcard. N3FB on the right was written off in CLE when it struck a vehicle while landing. N14FB crashed in 1986. This postcard also includes a picture of the very small interior of these craft which sat 16. The back of the postcard contains a long advertisement for Fischer Brothers, which I did not bother to copy here.

This photo is on the ramp at GQQ Galion Ohio. I worked for Fischer Bros Aviation in the early 1980's. Worked a little N14FB before it was retired from FBA and sold.

I remember these too! Looks odd the way the nose gear is so far forward.

Excellent! I remember these well and actually have 2 photos in the database of N14FB. These would consistently use runway 36L when arriving from MFD and make the approach over my house in Strongsville. If you have the time, I would love to read the Fischer Bro. adv. on the back.
