That is a nice catch. Probably for the better that it didn't fly, those suckers will make your ears bleed.... ranked right up there with the YS-11.

Cool catch with an interesting story. Apparently this aircraft was almost finished when the production line closed in 1986, and was never completed nor has is ever flown. It has been in technical schools ever since.
