N4861T (cn 28R-7235127) Piper PA-28 Cherokee N4861T was photographed at BHM January 8, 2011. This airplane is stopped on runway 24 and has a flat left main gear tire. A maintenance team is seen replacing the wheel and tire. Runway 24 was closed for arrivals about one hour. Some smaller airplanes departed runway 24 from the taxiway H4 intersection.
