According to one of my co-workers who worked CH-47`s which are very similar , pedals cyclic and collective are used on both sets of rotors.

Helicopters have always fascinated me! This is a great shot! So, are there no pedals in this one, does one cyclic move both sets of rotors? Is there a collective for each set of rotors?
