| 87-0303 / 6 (cn 5C-564) Major Samantha Weeks Ship #6 (opposing solo) in her first year with the team comes in for landing at Hopkins. Was too close to ship #5 coming in for first attempt at landing and at last second rocketed up for a missed approach. Circled and had two commercial aircraft cut her off as they were already on final. Then she called low fuel. Tower sidestepped two commercial aircraft for her and another was told to do some S turns. Rescue vehicles followed her down the runway as standard procedure. |
