It was stripped of all CO material, had the logo painted out, and flew to Victorville (VCV/KVCV) California on August 27th where it was returned to the lessor and an uncertain future. Now twenty-three years old, it is heading out as CO flight 9980 direct to Victorville (VCV/KVCV) CA, where it will begin a period of indeterminate storage in the desert, and hopefully another career with a different carrier. Farewell, Old Friend...maybe we'll meet again someday! | |||
