This route began in 2014, replacing service to Washington-Dulles (IAD), however it was dropped on November 29th, 2016. Shortly after, American Airlines dropped their flights to Philadelphia on February 15th, 2017. This leaves BGM with only one air carrier, Delta Air Lines, who offers thrice daily service to Detroit, operated by SkyWest.
