Due to high winds from the remnants of Hurricane Ike, it was to divert to Port Columbus (CMH/KCMH), but the winds were too much there as well, and it came to Hopkins instead, where AA MD-80's are a rare sight. | |||

This Jazz Dash 8 (itself a diversion from Columbus...due to high winds!) is hit with a strong crosswind as it is on short final for runway 24L. | |||
