C-GYQQ (cn TE294) Recently restored Mk lX Spitfire also known as the Roseland Spitfire, and repainted in the markings of Flight Lieutenant Arnold Roseland, of 442 Squadron RCAF, who was shot and killed in a dogfight shortly after the D-Day invasion. It is seen here under the controls of Mr. M. Potter founder of Vintage Wings doing pre-flight checks prior to taking part in the Battle of Britain formation fly over.
