RA-86570 (cn 1356344) IL-62M of the Russian Ministry for Civil Aid and Protection, in Cleveland in support of the Azerbaijan Government who's ailing leader, President Geidar Aliev, is being treated at the Cleveland Clinic. He later passed away at the Clinic. This was the first, and still the last IL-62 I've ever seen at Hopkins. August 7, 2003
